Information received
We receive the details you choose to provide through inquiries and orders, including contact details, product requirements, delivery information and transaction references. Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider and should not be placed in an inquiry message.
How it is used
Information is used to answer requests, prepare quotes, process orders, arrange delivery, maintain the service and protect it from misuse. We do not use an inquiry to create unrelated marketing messages without a separate basis.
Storage and access
Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for the requested work. Records are retained only for operational, accounting, support and legal needs, then deleted or de-identified when they are no longer required.
