Product overview
The Automatic Epoxy Injection Machine fills SC and LC connector ferrules on a programmable three-axis gantry. Operators choose a stored product program, confirm the first position and start an array cycle — the machine indexes the needle across every ferrule in the fixture.
A touchscreen HMI covers automatic, manual, program, I/O, alarm and parameter screens. A pneumatic dispensing controller with vacuum suck-back retracts adhesive after each shot to keep dispensing clean.

How is the first position set?
