Product overview
The HH-032 cures MPO connectors on a horizontal heating platform controlled by a multi-segment PID controller. Store up to 10 recipe groups with 32 segments each, ramp to temperature at full speed or on a timed slope, and hold for as long as the adhesive requires.
Every run is logged: temperature curves are saved at least every 5 seconds and kept for up to three years. Scheduled start, over-temperature alarms and power-loss recovery protect the batch when nobody is watching.
Applications
- MPO/MTP trunk production
- MPO patch cords
- Multi-fiber ferrule curing

Multi-segment recipes
Up to 10 recipe groups, 32 segments per group, up to 9,999 minutes per segment.
- 02
Ramp or jump
Heat at full speed or set a timed slope; the controller calculates the set-point rise per minute.
- 03
Curve records
Historical curves saved at least every 5 seconds and stored for up to 3 years.
- 04
Protected batches
Over-temperature alarm, PID self-tuning, scheduled start and resume-after-power-loss.

Questions & answers
Can it hold a temperature indefinitely?
Yes. Setting a segment's hold time to 9,999 keeps the platform at temperature until stopped.
What happens after a power cut?
The controller resumes the program from where it stopped once power returns.
